In winter, the fireplace and the large living room will offer you a good moment of cocooning, In summer, the 3000m2 fruit garden with river and heated pool will seduce you!

Manoir du Bois Joly – Gite du Fournil

The Manoir "Bois Joly" dates from the beginning of the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou (2 kms), it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th, it becomes a big farm of Perche. He is then known for his important breeding Percheron horses. Since 1985, we restore it in the respect of the architecture and traditional techniques of Perche.
