The villa is adapted and suitable for families, close to transportation and the center of town. It is situated 20 Minutes from ski stations and lake serre ponçon. You will appreciate this large house, 150 meters squared, for its beautiful views and comfort. The villa is perfect for families and kids. The villa is 2.5 km from the city center of Gap and in located in a calm and picturesque environment. It is located not far from the hiking areas of Charance and Ceuze.

Charming refurbished studio with beautiful modern amenities. Located in downtown Gap, close to all amenities: bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. A secure and private underground parking space is available. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. (oven, stove, range hood, microwave, refrigerator). Tassimo coffee maker. The bedding is new (mattress and bed base) in 190 x 140 cm. Bed linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel are provided during the stay.

New garden studio, independent of our villa, ideal for a couple or single person. RT 2012 standards. Entrance through the bay window with roller shutter, overlooking the main room of the studio, with equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave grill, 2-burner induction stove, sink), RAPIDO sofa bed, DIVA brand, 140 x 190 mattress, luxury range, 20 cm thick, TV/internet/Wi-Fi! All overlooking bathroom with shower and vanity unit, washing machine and toilet.

Gîte at the foot of Dévoluy

In a quiet subdivision, you will be welcomed in a 40 m2 cottage with a warm wooden interior with a small garden. You will find a renovated dining area, a living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A stove will warm you up after your day in the great outdoors. The cottage is independent but we can tell you about activities and places to discover. Ski resort, water park and lake 15 minutes away. Amenities 5 minutes away.

Appartement calme et confortable de plus de 40 m², situé en résidence en bout de route. Sur place, plus besoin de voiture pour accéder à la mythique falaise de Céüse, aux départs de randonnées, de VTT, aux courses d'orientations ou à la via ferrata. Parking privatif. Vue sur Céüse, vue panoramique sur les Écrins, la vallée de l'Ubaye depuis le balcon. Draps et serviettes fournis Pas de wifi. Pas de frais de ménage : à effectuer par les voyageurs.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Appartement - "Le Cabanon"

At the foot of the Ceüze cliff, surrounded by nature with exceptional views, we offer our 44 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished in an old stone house adjoining our residence. Access is via a 300 m forest road. You can unload your luggage near the apartment by parking in front of the house. Please note that the road is not cleared of snow and access in the event of a snowfall is on foot. The slope is steep at times (nearly 25%).
