Bord de mer à 4 mn à pied de la villa, via la traverse Espanet. Notre maison de vacances est dans un écrin de verdure, au calme. À l’étage : 2 grandes chambres avec vue mer, dont 1 suite parentale avec belle hauteur sous plafond, et une 3è chambre avec mezzanine côté jardin. Au RDC : 2 SDB, véranda, cuisine-salle à manger, salon dédié à la détente : piano, livres, jeux... Jardin vue mer, cuisine d’été. Je ne suis pas sur place, mais je reste toujours joignable et je peux venir en cas de besoin.

Il est équipé d'une cuisine (plaque cuisson, micro onde,frigo, bouilloire, cafetière), d'un vrai lit confortable(1.40 x 1.90), d’une TV,d'une jolie salle d'eau d'un WC et d'un extérieur. Equipé d une clim et wifi. La lit sera fait à votre attention et comprend aussi serviettes de toilette +tapis de bain +2 torchons et le ménage à votre sortie. Parking gratuit sur place ou dans la rue.

Nearby hill walking or mountain biking with magnificent views of the bay of La Ciotat. Small private garden with plants, 40 m2, with deckchair, parasol and small table for two people for meals. The studio is comfortable, bed sheets provided, bath towels and tea towels. Air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. I put everything in place for a comfortable stay.

I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.
