Large stone cottage, independent with 2500 square meters of land with relaxation area, children's games (trampoline, swing, sandbox, archery...) ON SITE: hiking trails, V.T.T path; a few meters away: equestrian center, swimming, fishing. 30 min from the highway (Valencia).

In the heart of the village of meymans,at the foot of the vercors we welcome you in our cottage completely renovated in 2016 and equipped in our old mansion with its independent enclosed garden. Available sun loungers garden furniture and BBQ. parking on site in a dead end along the cottage. Located 15km from the tgv station, 10 minutes from all amenities, 1H30 from Lyon and 1h15 from Grenoble Dogs and cats accepted very soon!!

Welcoming and spacious, cocooning, between stones and wood, you can rest, read, play, hike, cycle, visit, contemplate, listen to music, nature and silence... find yourself... La Fenière is in Drôme des Collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical and the places are soothing.

After renovating our house, we built this cottage using low-impact techniques and materials.
