Recently renovated, retaining its traditional rustic charm - the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Located in the South Charente region, Chez Gabard invites you to stay in a charming cottage for 4 people with a swimming pool and surrounded by a large, carefully maintained park. Nestled within a historic mansion, this peaceful retreat offers an ideal setting for a rural family escape and relaxation. The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a private garden. You'll also have access to outdoor spaces: swimming pool, jacuzzi, and park.

Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

Homestay Bellevue is perfectly exposed and enjoys a splendid view, from sunrise to sunset, over the Dronne Valley. The 3*** outdoor accommodation is located on the garden level of a contemporary house with a separate entrance and access to the garden. The accommodation includes a large bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and covered and uncovered terrace overlooking the garden. A truly quiet, cozy and comfortable nest.
