Holiday rentals with beach access in Chalikounas

The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

Spectacular views from the large private balcony, very clean accommodation with a basic kitchen, beautiful garden with sun loungers and sun umbrella. Walk to the seashore within 2 mins for swimming and 25-30 min walk to the beaches bars and restaurants in Messonghi. Handful of great tavernas within 5-10 mins walk “The Fisherman’s Haunt” & “George & Elanas” very good. Hosts George & Agelliki very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely visit again…

Theososia was kind and hospitable. She welcomed us with a basket of fresh fruit and a donut she baked. Her house is beautiful and full of comfort. I highly recommend it.

Great value. Wonderful, clean little apartment located in a great village. Easy stroll into town with great restaurants and bars. We will be back!

What a cute little apartment. It had everything one needs: all the basic amenities plus an AC, a TV (with many channels), a hair dryer, and they even let me borrow an umbrella and gave me a pair of house slippers after I requested them. The front yard smells like an orchard in full bloom. Very tranquil and a stone's throw from the Green bus stop where buses to Corfu town come every hour or so. All in all, this experience was nothing short of wonderful and I wish I had stayed here longer. Thank you so much Alexandra and Panos.

Amazing place! 😍 Perfect location: few minutes to the sea, local restaurants/cafe and shops, bus station (30 minutes by bus to Corfu) and car rentals. Marilou and Nikos are very friendly and caring: I received very fast response for my questions and requests. I’m very grateful for cleaning and changing towels. Also I was impressed by pleasant details: tea, coffee, local sweets, sun umbrella and towels for the beach! Apartment is very cozy and clean with a balcony and a very beautiful entrance with flowers ❤️ I enjoyed this apartment and sincerely recommend it!

Private, quiet space with stunning views of the sea that are hard to find. This place has all the mod-cons and is designed perfectly for holidays. The bed is very comfortable and the outside space is partly shaded which is perfect for us. Our second visit here, and we can’t wait to come back again. Dora will do anything she can to make your trip easier too. Go!

A week before the busy season and it was pure peace and very private. The sea can be heard and seen always and everywhere. The apartment itself is compact, which may lack space inside, but is more than compensated for by the large terrace, which replaces the living and dining room.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

A charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Victoria and Tim were attentive hosts, ensuring that we had everything we required. It is truly a special place. The fragrance of jasmine in the air made relaxing on the terrace particularly memorable as you watch ships sail by.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

We spent a few days in Mesongi as a family of four while exploring Corfu, and our stay at George’s place was a memorable highlight. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What truly set it apart was the warmth and hospitality George provided—it felt more personal and inviting than our subsequent stay at the larger Apollo Resort. That said, it’s important to know that the apartment sits above a vibrant and excellent traditional restaurant (which we highly recommend). With that comes some evening noise—clattering plates, conversation, and the energy of a Greek taverna in full swing. If you’re a light sleeper or turn in early, it may take some adjusting. Overall, if you value local flavor, authentic hospitality, and a central location in a lively village, this is a fantastic choice.

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

Eleni's house is in a lovely location just a few steps from a nice, quiet beach with crystal clear water and there are several terraces in the garden with sea views. The bed was comfy, the house was spotlessley clean and well equipped. There's a little grocery shop nearby and some beachside restaurants so everything you need is at hand if you want a low key, relaxing holiday.

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! The place is great, equipped with everything we needed, the coffee was a life saver 😊 It's minutes on foot to the old town, we have enjoyed it very much! thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! and for the wonderful tips to get around the city😊

Christina's accommodation is in a perfect area, close to restaurants, shops and places to go out at night, but at the same time on a street that allows you to have peace of mind. In addition, Christina was an excellent host, always attentive to what we needed, to our questions and ready to offer us solutions. Finally, he was very thoughtful and kind to leave us coffee, sugar and a welcome gift. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Konstantinos’ place! Not only was the place insanely beautiful and well-located, but Konstantinos was an excellent host regarding to answering questions and other issues. Would definitely recommend!

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

Worth every penny and so reasonably priced. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location. The hosts were kind and responsive. My favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at during my whole month of travel!

This is a lovely place to stay: bright and airy with a marvellous view out onto the sea. It's at the edge of the old town, so it's really quick and easy (especially with the help of your phone) to find your way around. The Faliraki beach is a five minute walk if you need a quick swim and there are plenty of nice places to eat all around. Apostolia could not have been more helpful with instructions, advice and recommendations. We had a wonderful holiday there.

First time visiting Corfu town, but won’t be the last, we fell in love with the place. The apartment was in a brilliant spot, but worth mentioning taxis won’t drop you at the door, so a 5 minute walk uphill with cases is required. Hiring a car would be difficult (parking). But as we are fit and everything was within a few minutes walk, this wasn’t a problem. Avgi and Theodore were very helpful. Great stay, would definitely recommend!
