House holiday rentals in Chalki

A lovely week in October sunshine in Pefkos, the villa was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance (3 mins) to a great Greek restaurant. We were welcomed and shown round the villa 😀 wonderful relaxing week within 8 mins drive of Lindos and 10 min walk to centre of Pefkos. The villa is lovely and modern, a little small kitchen, but otherwise comfy beds, luxurious sun beds, lovely swimming pool and beautiful views Thank you 🙏 for the welcome food and drink - perfect after a long day travelling

Perfect place for our stay in Lindos. Kids enjoyed the pool. Very clean and roomy. We had a comfortable stay and wish we could stay longer. Manos was very responsive and was great in accommodating our last minute reservation.

From start to finish, the holiday we had in this villa was a great experience. Not only was the villa in beautiful condition on arrival, we also had a homemade cake ready for us as soon as we got there. Any queries we had were immediately met with great service and help from the owner, and the Villa matched the pictures to the tea. I’d like to personally thank Christina for the best holiday we could’ve ever hoped for, and wonderful memories made through every step of the experience. From abundance of facilities and leisure activities, I felt not only in awe of the property but a welcome guest. Would recommend this to anyone.

Marylin’s place is wonderful - it’s exactly as you see in the photos. Her place is so peaceful and beautiful - my partner and I are always very busy so this holiday was exactly what we needed - peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. Lachania is quiet and sleepy little village but so nice and the people are so friendly. And there a couple of nice tavernas nearby. Marylin is a fantastic host! So friendly and attentive. Any questions we had, she answered straight away. We had a great time and absolutely loved her place. It’s a real find! A car is a must though!

The place was perfect for 12 people. Lots of space and an amazing view from the villa. The area was very private. We asked for some extra dishwasher and washing machine tablets which we got straight away. The insulation between rooms could have been better. Highly recommend the place as we had a great time.

We are really missing our holiday at this amazing place. The house was fantastic and the view : just wauw. If you’re looking to fully relax and enjoy the sound of the sea in the background, we recommend this place. Communication with Stelios and Claudia was excellent. If you had a question, you got an immediate answer. The house was spacious, perfect condition and clean. And the pool was amazing. Our first day didn’t go quite as planned due to bad weather and our navigation leading us the wrong way. But luckily, there was Stelios (our savior), who guided us to the house. The hospitality: we were welcomed with some delicious treats, and even at 10 PM, pasta was made for us (as we couldn’t go out to get groceries) along with a little something for breakfast. We had complete privacy, some cats came by to visit, but they didn’t cause any disturbance. In short: we had a wonderful week.Thank you for everything, Claudia and Stelios, hopefully see you next time! Tip: A car is recommended

We had a truly exceptional two-week stay at Villa Zoanna with our two older children. The first thing we noticed was the impeccably new and modern furnishings, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed. The location is simply perfect: quiet, peaceful, and offering breathtaking panoramic views of the entire bay. As a family, we appreciated the calm atmosphere and easy access to local sights. The hosts were outstanding: helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond. We arrived to find a fully stocked fridge with all the essentials, such a thoughtful and generous touch. The villa had everything we needed, making our daily life effortless and comfortable. From the pristine interiors to the serene setting and wonderful hospitality, our stay surpassed all expectations. We truly felt at home and created lasting memories. Highly recommend Villa Zoanna for any family seeking a top-tier, relaxing getaway!

Perfect stay, walkable (7 minutes) to the main little beach with a few small shops and supermarkets and some really tasty authentic restaurants. The balcony was lovely and the pool outside with small extra fridge was a bonus. The coffee maker we used too. Manuel was really friendly and helpful and very flexible with the check in and check out where he could accommodate. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was comfortable, and the location was perfection. One of the best holidays we have ever had. Definitely recommend this spot for families with young children too, quiet despite the proximity to the party precinct, couldn’t hear a thing.

This was the third time we stayed at Sophia’s beautiful home, and we loved it just as much as before. It was such a special place to great ready on the morning of my wedding on Halki. I wouldn’t have wanted to spend such a special time anywhere else on the island. Thank you again Sophia!

We had a wonderful stay at Michalis’ place. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. During the day, we enjoyed the sunny courtyard or swimming at nearby Fanes Beach. Michalis’ father was nearby and always happy to help. The location is quiet and has a parking spot for a rental car. Michalis was easy to reach and always kind and helpful. He also offered a flexible check-out, which we really appreciated.

My daughter and I had a great stay at George &Mary’s place. Clean and lovely room considering how small and compact it was. Everything was there. Restaurants, grocery stores and eateries were uncountable. All in all, Mary was a great host and highly recommended. The housekeeper was superb as well. Really impressed.👌

We struggled to find the house in the dark. I recommend putting “Rhodes South Escape Plimiri” into google maps and you will see the sign to Stelios’s. I messaged Stelios when we were lost and he came out to find us and guided us to the house. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week. Stelios had bought a bottle of wine, some fruit juice, water and croissants for us on arrival which was very kind. He also came over with some warm cheese pastries for us, which we were grateful for as we arrived at 9pm. It was so peaceful and beautiful being so close to the beach. Stelios puts sunbeds and an umbrella down there for you to use. We spent the week exploring the island and didnt see much of Stelios, but we knew he was next door, or a phone call away if we needed him. We really appreciated the privacy. I would recommend Stelios’s place for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday or a base to explore Rhodes. Thank you so much!

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich, ebenso proaktiv in der Kommunikation. Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Rückzugsort mit Blick auf das Tal der Schmetterlinge. Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe, ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Autovermietung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Dorothea is an outstanding host. I felt she is teady to do anything in her capacity to help her clients. For example, we needed a late checkout, and she was very accommodationg. The apartment is great, in a very convenient location. Thanks immensely, Dorothea!

Had a fantastic stay at the yellow house. Halki is a beautiful place. The house had everything you would need for a relaxing break. The big patio at the front was a lovely place to sit and relax. Both main rooms have air conditioning if you need it. It’s a 5 minute walk to get to the harbour with all the restaurants. There are lots of steps but you can go around and avoid most of them. Kostas kept in touch and was very helpful. Would stay again.

Great place to stay in Chalki! Large room with a bedroom downstairs and an extra bedroom upstairs! Very clean, the A/C and wi-if working fine, large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, I could not have asked for more! It is hard to find so make sure you meet someone upon arrival to take you there, do not depend on maps..

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στον οικισμό της Χάλκης, το Νιμπορειό. Η απόσταση από τα άλλα σπίτια & καταλύματα της περιοχής εγγυάται ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Η πρόσβαση στις δύο (κατά τη γνώμη μας) καλύτερες προσβάσιμες παραλίες του νησιού (Φτεναγια και Πόνταμο) είναι εύκολη και γίνεται με τα πόδια. Ωστόσο, το σπίτι είναι προσβάσιμο και μέσω αυτοκινήτου - αν και στη Χάλκη πραγματικά σπάνια το χρειάζεται κανείς. Όμως άνθρωποι με κάποιο κινητικό πρόβλημα που δεν μπορούν να διανύσουν εύκολα την ομολογουμένως μικρή απόσταση από το λιμάνι και τα καταστήματα της περιοχής, θα βρουν την οδική πρόσβαση πολύ εξυπηρετική. Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο. Η διαμονή μας εκεί είναι μια από τις περιπτώσεις που οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται σε αυτό που αντικρύζεις μπαίνοντας: όλα είναι καινούργια ή καλοδιατηρημένα ή πλήρως αποκατεστημένα και λειτουργικά. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικός. Τέλος, η σχέση ποιότητας / τιμής είναι ασύγκριτη. Στο επανιδείν!

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar schön. Jeden Morgen haben wir den Blick aufs türkisblaue Meer genossen und sind vor dem Frühstück darin geschwommen. Faidra kümmert sich schnell und verständnisvoll um die Wünsche ihrer Gäste. Wir möchten wiederkommen, sobald es geht. Danke Faidra!

L'appartement est idéalement situé a proximité des restaurants de Chalki. La terrasse partagée nous a permis de passer de belles soirées avec une super vue!
