A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, terrace and enclosed garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood and unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 minute drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

House completely renovated, and very well located. Very quiet environment. Pleasant mountain views and located in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the fields. Two parking spots in the closed and secure courtyard. Ten minutes from Lake Bourget and Aix-Les-Bains. Lots of hikes nearby. Shops five minutes away. Bright, pleasant and well-equipped house. Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

Hello dear guests! Challes-les-Eaux is a small community near Chambéry, prefecture of Savoy. It is a good starting point for hikes, bike rides and other trips in the area. The nearest ski resort "La Feclaz" is half an hour away. In our house we offer a nice vacation home, suitable for up to 4 people and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom.
