Bienvenue au gîte Les Charmes, un lieu paisible pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Literie neuve et confortable. Décoration soignée. Au rez-de-chaussée, chambre grand lit en 180 ou 2 lits jumeaux. À l’étage, deux lits simples 90 et un lit double 140. Le gîte est situé au cœur d’une grande propriété avec accès à un parc d’un hectare, magnifiquement arboré d’arbres centenaires. Profitez d’une piscine de 12 mètres. Votre gîte dispose d’un petit jardin privé parfait pour vos repas en plein air.

Very spacious and bright 2-room apartment, located in the heart of Givry. Small shops, as well as restaurants and the gym are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The vineyards as well as the hiking and biking trails are accessible within a 5-minute walk. Le Clos Léonie is ideal for a couple or a small family of 4 people for a stopover, a tourist or wine stay or simply for a relaxing moment in the charming village of Givry

The Festival

A blend of modern and old, this house combines functionality and romance. Renovation just completed, so the amenities are brand new: TV, appliances, Wi-Fi and a cooktop for amateurs! We are at the foot of the vineyards near Viré, Clessé, Lugny and the birthplace of Chardonnay, for which I will gladly share my passion with you. Very easy access by the D906, highway exit 15 minutes away, parking in front of the house.

The studio is located on the ground floor of our house. The entrance is independent and is via its private terrace. There is a garden to cross to get to the studio. There is no room to park in the courtyard with a car (parking is 50 m away). If you wish, you will have access to the jacuzzi which is in a room next door with limited access (time slot to be agreed) travel cot for children (- 2 years)
