Private Room in a Sunny and Luxuriously Appointed Apartment

Set a traditional dining table and enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast. Choose a book from a glass cabinet afterwards, and read on an inviting couch or in bed. Catch up on email on a computer by a picture window with views of a quiet neighborhood. In a quiet area of the city of Madrid (Arturo Soria neighborhood), just 15 minutes from IFEMA and 20 minutes from the airport by metro, I rent a private room with bathroom in a 90 m2 (1000 ft) flat. It looks onto a private garden and swimming pool which ou can enjoy during your stay in Madrid. WiFi and free national landline calls are included. If you are planning to stay for a long period of time (more than a week) washing clothes (but not ironing!) and room/bathroom cleaning are included as well. Metro entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building (line 4-ESPERANZA stop) and 3 minutes walk you can find buses number 120 and 122. You can get to the historic center less than half an hour. The building has an enclosed garden and concierge and it is easy to park free in the area. Just 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and a classic market where you can find everything you need, as well as little restaurants and bars for a drink. I am happy to give you tourism advice on the famous sights and insider's Madrid. The apartment is in the peaceful Arturo Soria neighborhood. Entrance to the Metro is a 1-minute walk. Reach the historic center of Madrid in less than half an hour.

This building was constructed quite recently, so everything you see is new. The first thing we see is a spacious living room, pretty bright thanks to its large exterior windows. It is equipped with a 43" HD Android TV, hi-speed optical fibre internet connection (around 100mbps), A/C with heating mode, a dining area with a large table with room for 4 people and a premium quality sofa/bed that, when open, provides good quality rest on its 1,35m wide mattress. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with the main appliances and elements needed for cooking, apart from offering complimentary basic products such as oil, salt, coffee, sugar, etc. The bedroom has a 1,35m wide double bed, two bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe where you can store all your clothes and belonging comfortably. The area is quiet during the night and the bedroom is oriented to a private patio, so silence and rest are during the night are guaranteed. The bathroom is located next to the entrance and it is equipped with a shower cabin, mirror, electric radiator/towel dryer and a travel hairdryer. The optional parking spot is in a secured public car park located 280 meters away from the apartment and has a cost of 12€ per day of stay.

Quiet accommodation with breakfast

The accommodation is located in the heart of Madrid within the M30 belt, in Chamartin and a few minutes from the station, with easy and quick direct access to the airport and connections to Puerta del Sol in just 20 minutes. There are several metro stations and bus stops A safe and open area. Educational institutions: ESADE on Calle Mateo Inurria, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation; Universidad Autónoma, two train stops away; and other educational institutions.

Single room with 90 cm bed. In a modern penthouse with a pool (in the summer season). You'll also have a private bathroom for your exclusive use, although it's not inside the room, it's right across the hall. The apartment has all the amenities, hardwood floors with underfloor heating, A/C, nice views, and it's close to many restaurants, a large shopping center, and green areas. Small, quiet, and cozy studio. Independent of the main apartment. Located below the entrance. The low door, with two small windows, opens onto a doorway. It receives no natural light. This is not a tourist rental. It is rented temporarily for work, teaching, or leisure purposes. Conveniently located in a well-connected area, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. It is close to museums, Retiro Park, Atocha Station, and the 203 Airport Express bus.
