The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. Bernabeu Stadium are looking for. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and bathroom, all with windows that give natural light (most of the apartments in the neighborhood are low or interior with less light and pedestrian crossing). Large beds with mattress and latex pillows with cotton sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, WIFI, TV (FireTV), air conditioning and heating.

My home is located in elegant Chamberí district, in Central Madrid, with direct underground connections to the airport, all historical landmarks (Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Gran Vía...) and both high-speed-train stations. It has a 35m2 living room, a 12 metre long balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and bedroom. It is very sunny, has beautiful views upon a palace and gardens, and not a single step from outside. This is my own home, where I live myself when in Madrid, so it is very well equipped.
