Two metro lines, 1 and 7, and several buses. It is very well connected to all of Madrid. You can also take a 20-minute walk to the center of Madrid.

Muy cerca del centro, pero con el silencio y la tranquilidad . Rodeado de restaurantes, cafés, bares y tiendas. Pasea por el barrio castizo de Chamberí, vete de compras a la famosa Calle Fuencarral y camina hasta el centro dando un bonito paseo. Tiene ascensor.

Malasaña is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Madrid, located next to the Gran Vía and near the Plaza del Sol. It has a very varied cultural and gastronomic offer, a lively atmosphere at night and quiet to walk, enjoy its terraces in the sun or go shopping. Very well connected.

Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
