Ce studio est situé à 250m de la gare, tout proche des arrêts de bus et à 100m des commerces ( Boucherie, Boulangerie, Alimentation). Un parking payant (zone verte) est à 50m. Le studio est situé à 50m d'un magnifique parc de Verdure.
