It is perfectly equipped, spacious and bright, with a small balcony; it overlooks the large outdoor spaces that allow to settle in garden furniture and offer all parking facilities. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

The accommodation (47 m2), with a small flowered outdoor area, is located in a new house (2021), made of wood, in a quiet area, with views of the mountains in the heart of the Champsaur. Residing on the property, we will be happy to host you and give you some tips and good addresses in our beautiful region. Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
