Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Champs-Élysées, Paris

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

You really can't go wrong with this place. You're a 5 min walk to the Metro, that takes you pretty much anywhere you want to go. A 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. Virginie met us at check in and gave us a detailed breakdown of the apartment and where everything was, plus local recommendations. Just be careful if there are 2 adults sharing the space using both beds. If you're tall, you will likely bump your head if you're on the top bed, like I did several times. I would definitely stay here again.

Waldemar’s place was just lovely! Spacious and bright and in safe neighborhood. Walkable to many attractions and quick taxi/Uber rides or metro to large attractions like The Louvre, etc. Waldemar met us for an easy check in and made local suggestions for places to check out and had a welcome gift for us! We will definitely return and would love to stay again!

Great view, spacious apartment, great host. Highly recommended

We were in the apartment as a family (2 adults 2 children) in June. The location is great, short distances to two central metro stations and to the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is beautifully and simply furnished in white, basically everything is available (living room incl. Kitchen with dishwasher and utensils, bathroom, toilet, bedroom). The brightness is also positive due to numerous windows. The environment (enclosed, planted courtyard above the main entrance door - from the courtyard access to the apartment building) is also very pleasant. During our stay it was very hot (every day over 30°) - since the apartment is on the 6th floor, it naturally heats up here. The two existing fans as well as thick curtains and the described windows to ventilate at night are very helpful here. The elevator is relatively small as described (max. 3 people, approx. 220 kg). I myself have not used it, but my family has.

Paul was so helpful and responsive and made us feel so welcome and looked after! The place is gorgeous it feels brand new, spotlessly clean and very pleasant to be in. Looks just like the photos. Thank you for having us!

Pauline’s place was wonderful! We had to book last minute due to another host cancellation. Many nicer places were booked and Pauline’s place stood out as one of the nicer flats that was still available in the 17th arrondissement. She was kind enough to allow the last minute booking for a significant period of time and was extremely flexible and patient with some uncertainty in our plans— we were trying to find accommodations for my elderly parents. We ended up staying at Pauline’s Airbnb while my parents stayed elsewhere, but they would have been very comfortable at this location as well. Very clean upon arrival, coffee available, kitchen well stocked for cooking, & wifi sufficient for remote work/calls. Had eSIMs as back-up for hot spotting if we both needed to be on simultaneous calls—no issues. Plenty of walkable restaurant options, boulangerie, grocery stores, pharmacy, metro/RER, tourist sites nearby. Felt very safe in the neighborhood even with the PSG win. Would stay again!

This apartment is in a fabulous neighbourhood and very well appointed and equipped. Paul was very helpful with late check out and with recommendations for restaurants etc. the place was very clean and spacious, with the upstairs deck/terrace a special treat. Stunning view of Sacre Couer.

Mo's place exceeded our expectations. The area is seemingly peaceful and safe, even walking home late at night from the metro, which is approximately 5 minutes walk. The surrounding area is very charming. The convenience of having nearby cafes, boulangeries (bakeries), brasseries(resto bars) is just amazing. The apartment itself is incomparable to the Novohotel we had after we left Mo's, making us want to move back except unavailable. Mo's place was very clean,tidy and well laid out,not forgetting to mention the apartment has an elevator. Neighbors who lived in the apartment are quite nice too. The highlight of our stay is the undeniably stunning view of the eiffel tower from the apartments balcony which made our honeymoon perfect. We definitely recommend Mo's place, 5* rating here. Incredible stay in an incredible location! Beautiful ground floor garden apartment totally private and quiet. Super helpful hosts!!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!
