You will be a 4-minute walk from the port and beach of Conjux. Ideally located between lake and mountain, it will delight both water sports enthusiasts and hikers: via ferrata, climbing, cycling, everything is possible. In winter, skiing 45 minutes away... cross-country skiing, snowpark, track, beautiful family resorts!

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.

Come and discover our region of Bugey, with its many walks, lakes, marshes of Lavours... located in the countryside in the center of the village near small shops ( grocery / bakery). Quiet and peaceful place ideal for relaxing.We are at the foot of the great Colombier which is now known thanks to the Tour de France. For our cycling friends we provide a closed bike room. We have 2 cats , they may visit you, but they are good pasta

Here no Wi-Fi or TV but books and board games . Our cottage does NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Ready for a 3 seater canoe, but provide roof bars for transportation . Initiation to caving (for a fee) .no electric charging.
