Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Chang Phueak

Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

We had an amazing time at the villa with our family! The place is very family-friendly — the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast every morning, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, which gave us real peace of mind. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home – like part of a Thai family. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. The host responded promptly and thoughtfully provided plenty of complimentary mineral water and instant noodles.Although the house is at the end of the alley, it is very convenient to get around, and there is a 711 at the intersection in 5 minutes on foot.

Fon's place is located in the old city, making it easy to explore the Saturday and Sunday markets. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a short 5–10-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated yard, designed in an elegant Lanna style. All the instructions were clear, and Fon was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Forest’s place was lovely! If you are looking for accommodation filled with Indochine chic, this is the place for you!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and communication with Ton was clear and helpful throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. Not necessary but It would be even better if a weight scale was available, as it’s helpful for foreign travelers who often need to check baggage weight before flying. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

John's place is one of the finest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The building is beautiful and the apartment is delightful. It is spacious and very well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is modern. John has furnished the apartment with everything a traveler would need. He has perfect instructions for everything in the apartment. His guide for the local area is outstanding. Many people are Airbnb Superhosts. John truly deserves the title as does his fabulous place.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

We stayed here for 5 weeks and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. It was conveniently located near Maya Mall and Chiang Mai University. The management staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from the high floor, and Echo was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai.

The apartment is well located and walkable to Nimman 1, maya mall.The room is well equipped and the balcony mountain view is magnificent.The homeowner was very responsive and communicative.Temporary due to late check out and house owner openly.Friendly and quiet neighborhood.Renovated during stay, working hours can be noisy, can't do it.The balcony door is screened and sealed but still can hear the airplane.But it doesn't affect my sleep.I'll come back when I get the chance. Close to the business district, there is also a mobile night market downstairs, the air conditioning is good, the only thing that can be improved is that the sheets can be changed, the material is uncomfortable

Great condo with pool and gym in Nimman. One of the best ever

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

This was the most clean and beautiful Airbnb I lived in so far. The hosts were the nicest and gave me so many amazing recommendations for the city. They even let me check in and out earlier/ later for free. Super nice and never happened like this to me before. If you are looking for a super modern, clean and central accommodation in the nimman area, this is your place. Thank you again guys. I will be back for sure!

Thanks to Host Ami, as our flight arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, Ami gave us early check-in after explaining the situation, and also provided luggage storage service on the day we left Chiang Mai, a very good living experience.

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!
