This perfectly located place is a 2-step walk from the hyper center and a 5-minute walk from the train station, offering easy access to everything. A tram stop is 30 m from the building, ideal for getting around or joining the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. You can park your vehicle in a free public space in the surrounding streets or in a paid space in front of the building.

Close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its museum (10-min drive). Close to shops and a large public garden. Numerous free street parking spaces. Linens and towels are provided.
