Ахилеас е страхотен домакин, винаги усмихнат, посрещна ни добре и през цялото време беше на наше разположение. Апартаментът беше чист, има широка тераса с гледка към морето, леглата бяха много удобни и имаше всякакви удобства. Локацията също е много добра- близо до плажа и до центъра. Най-важното е, че домашният ни любимец беше добре дошъл и се чувстваше много добре. Бихме се върнали отново.

Ich war ins den ersten zwei Wochen vom Oktober 2024 in Nea Skioni. Es war eine tolle Zeit – Touristen gab es kaum noch. Maria hat mich sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und mir alles erklärt. Den Strand hatte ich für mich alleine, und die Temperaturen waren immer noch sommerlich. In den Ort sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß – das ist aber garnicht schlimm, denn der Weg ist schön und die Restaurants lecker. Normalerweise reist man wohl mit dem Mietwagen an. Ich war aber ohne und habe daher hier noch drei Tipps: Shuttleservice vom Flughafen: shuttledirect, Fahrer und Auto waren top. Dann hatte ich mir einen Scooter geliehen (5 Tage minimum), der zu Maria geliefert und auch wieder abgeholt wurde: chalkidiki-automoto. Wenn man ein Taxi braucht, einfach Maria fragen. Sie hat Visitenkarten von Nikolaos. Man bekommt sehr schnell verbindliche Antwort. Auch hier Fahrer und Auto top. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an Maria – ich habe mich wunderbar erholt und nichts vermisst. Stefanie

Wir haben den Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen, alles war einfach perfekt. Die Leuchtturm-Athmosphäre war super, in der Vorsaison absolut zu empfehlen, weil man aufgrund der Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen kann und wenn man wie wir das noch etwas kühlere Meer nicht scheut auch herrlich schwimmen kann. absolut zu empfehlen.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Πολύ καλοί οικοδεσπότες και ο κ. Ιωάννης και ο κ.Χρήστος μας κάνανε να νιώσουμε σαν οικογένεια εξυπηρετικοί,ασχολήθηκαν να μας στείλουν μέρη όμορφα να επισκεφτούμε να φάμε. Το μέρος φοβερό καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές,η πισίνα υπέροχη περάσαμε υπέροχα εντός του χώρου όσο και εκτός τέλος το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. 5*

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! Yannis and his mother are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much♥️

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Can’t wait to come again! Great time at greek forest :) Stone house was amasing! Pool was big and clean water, everyday clenaning. Everything was perfect! Well equpment kitchen. Katarzyuna was alvays on service ❤️ Thank’s again!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Siamo stati nella splendida casa di Emmanuel per una settimana. La casa è funzionale, accogliente ed esposta in modo da godere di tramonti incredibili. Da tre delle quattro camere da letto ci si sveglia guardando direttamente il mare dalla finestra. Un sogno! Emmanuel è un host gentile e discreto. Ci ha fornito di tutte le indicazioni sulla casa e sulla zona… informazioni che sono tornate molto utili. Tutti i suoi consigli di spiagge, ristoranti e attrazioni sono stati preziosi. Un alloggio molto consigliato. Il modo migliori per visitare questa zona della Grecia. È bene avere una macchina a disposizione per spostarsi perché la casa è immersa in una splendida foresta (e quindi lontana dal frastuono dei centri abitati)

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

Çocuklu iki aile olarak çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Evin konumu çok iyiydi. Temizdi. Hem havuz hem denizden faydalanmış olduk. Eşyalar temiz ve yeterliydi. Merkeze ve denize yürüme mesafesinde olması avantajlı. Tavsiye ediyoruz 😊

We had a very nice vacation and everything was as described. However, you definitely need a car to reach the accommodation. You can also use it to explore the beautiful countryside. Absolutely recommendable!

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Не ошибусь если скажу что это одно из лучших локаций в городе. с одной стороны очень близко к центру, но с другой очень тихо. Дом расположен внизу, соответственно не нужно постоянно ходить вверх и вниз. Очень рядом пляж, супермаркет, рестораны. Отдельного внимания заслуживают вид с балкона и жувущий рядом павлин :) Хозяин очень дружелюбный и гостеприимный. Очень рекомендую!

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Honestly I’ve been travelling BUT nothing like my stay at Mariya Art Living! Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment is not only spotless and stylish, but also full of charm and artistic touches that make it feel truly special. Maria is a wonderful host—kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage – und doch ist man in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Eine wirklich schöne Kombination aus Ruhe und Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Dimitri war ein freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war gut erreichbar, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse – ein schöner Ort, um morgens in Ruhe zu frühstücken oder abends entspannt den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
