Holiday rentals with a patio in Channel Islands

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

Nice studio right at the harbour! We felt right at home with our small dog and would come back anytime!

Fantastic stay. Easy to find and great that there was free parking on the road outside. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and all Caen has to offer. Made it easy having our own step free entrance from the street. The apartment is beautiful inside and spacious and safe for us and our young child. It was lovely that delphine provided a high chair, a good quality cot and some toys for our stay. The small private garden was well maintained and a great extra to the space. The small kitchen was enough for us to make basic meals and everything was clean and in working order. Delphine communicated promptly with us before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. A great find in a great location.

What a find! It was my first time staying in Jersey, and LM3 was cosy, clean and in the perfect location, with the bus stop at Perquage car park less than a minute’s walk from our door, which made planning days out using public transport a breeze. Morgan’s welcome pack suggested some excellent places to eat, and The Goose was our first night dinner choice. We ventured along the cycle track to St Aubin and found The Tenby which was 10/10 and was definitely our favourite dinner spot… we went back twice more before leaving! Highly recommend purchasing the 3 day visitor bus pass (was £24.50 when we visited) which was worth every penny, as each bus ride is approx £3. LM3 certainly didn’t disappoint, was easy to access on arrival, and great travel connections to/from the airport. We will absolutely be back. Thanks Morgan! 😊 xx

Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality equipment. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

The instructions issued were easy to understand. The coded door on the street is non descriptive but upon entry there was a lovely quiet private courtyard. Upon entering the apartment, again coded we were hit immediately of how clean, well decorated and homely it felt. The decor was extremely pleasing, especially the paintings on the walls. The kitchen is modern, clean with all appliances needed, including a pod coffee machine. The lounge/diner has a good sized table, 2 comfy sofas, tv, small tables and a lovely modern stand lamp. The bedrooms were again tastefully decorated with ultra clean linen and a comfortable double bed in each room. The bathroom is new with a drawer under the sink holding a bundle of clean towels. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is staying in Cherbourg. Recap - Clean, easy to find, homely about 100m from the port and centre.

We had an amazing night in this accommodation with breathtaking sea views. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, quiet, clean and perfectly equipped. Waking up to the sound of the waves and a sunrise over the water will remain an unforgettable memory. Host was very welcoming and responsive. I recommend it 100% for a relaxing getaway facing the ocean!

Perfect stay at Fanny's! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: clean, warm, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Fanny was lovely, available and attentive throughout the stay, with lots of little touches that make all the difference. We felt right at home. The welcome by Magalie and her husband is up to the quality of the house. Great! The bedding is quality. The presence of basic necessities is a plus. They are accommodating, attentive and responsive. House decorated with charm, everything is there to feel comfortable. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the region. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I recommend it. Nicola was absolutely fantastic, was really helpful when we struggled to find the property, and was very accommodating as we had an early arrival flight. An absolutely stunning property, light, airy, and spacious. The property was superbly cleaned, and the little touches that the hosts included really made us all feel at home. It was really easy to relax here, we are hoping to return next year! If you’re looking for a place to stay in jersey this is the place to book 😌

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

what a wonderful place to stay, perfect location, wonderful hosts. t The cottage had everything you could ever want. Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach and to the town. Our stay was simply perfect including the weather. We came over with our bikes to do some cycling, beautiful places to visit. The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed, spacious and had everything we needed. The whole house was immaculate. The cove is a short walk away, we also enjoyed the walk in to the harbour. Josh was quick to respond to a couple of questions I had and very helpful. This place is a true delight, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival. Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
