Holiday rentals with a patio in Channel Islands

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Le logement est au pied des dunes, en quelques pas nous sommes sur la plage. Le logement est également à quelques mètres du centre, avec boulangerie, épicerie, et quelques restaurants. Le lieu est très calme et paisible, parfait pour se ressourcer !!

Logement en tout point correct.... Vu sur le port et accès a tout commerce a proximité. Clément et très réactif a toute demande de renseignements..nous reviendrons. Nous le recommandons a 100% . Merci Luc et claudine.

Juste parfait avec un petit plus de qualité, un patio. Des pièces très bien agencées, propres, claires. Très bien équipé avec des équipements de qualité. Des hôtes réactifs, accueillant. A quelques minutes de commerces et du port. Conclusion : n'hésitez pas !!!

The instructions issued were easy to understand. The coded door on the street is non descriptive but upon entry there was a lovely quiet private courtyard. Upon entering the apartment, again coded we were hit immediately of how clean, well decorated and homely it felt. The decor was extremely pleasing, especially the paintings on the walls. The kitchen is modern, clean with all appliances needed, including a pod coffee machine. The lounge/diner has a good sized table, 2 comfy sofas, tv, small tables and a lovely modern stand lamp. The bedrooms were again tastefully decorated with ultra clean linen and a comfortable double bed in each room. The bathroom is new with a drawer under the sink holding a bundle of clean towels. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who is staying in Cherbourg. Recap - Clean, easy to find, homely about 100m from the port and centre.

Nous avons adoré ce logement au style des années 70, décoré avec goût et extrêmement bien entretenu. Le jacuzzi était un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite. L’hôte était accueillant et très réactif. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour cette belle expérience !

Séjour parfait chez Fanny ! Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : propre, chaleureux, décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Fanny a été adorable, disponible et attentionnée tout au long du séjour, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. On s’est tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. C’est une adresse qu’on garde précieusement et qu’on recommande les yeux fermés. Merci pour tout Fanny, à très vite j’espère !

L'accueil fait par Magalie et son mari est à la hauteur de la qualité de la maison. Top ! La literie est de qualité. La présence des produits de premières nécessités est un plus. Ils sont arrangeants, à l'écoute et réactifs. Maison décorée avec charme, tout y est pour se sentir à l'aise. Idéalement emplacée, nous avons pu profiter de la région. Merci pour cet agréable séjour. Nicola was absolutely fantastic, was really helpful when we struggled to find the property, and was very accommodating as we had an early arrival flight. An absolutely stunning property, light, airy, and spacious. The property was superbly cleaned, and the little touches that the hosts included really made us all feel at home. It was really easy to relax here, we are hoping to return next year! If you’re looking for a place to stay in jersey this is the place to book 😌

Perfect place for a couple. Centrally located for whole of South Hams area. Really quiet. The host was really welcoming. Accommodation was really well presented and spotlessly clean. Super bathroom and a really comfortable bed. We’d certainly stay there again!

We are a family of 5 . Parents with an 18 month old daughter and grandparents . We were really pleased with the spacious accommodation , 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with bath tub and walk in shower, large living room with TV and a selection of books and games and a large kitchen which was well equipped for cooking for a family . It was comfortable we discovered local walks as well as visiting many other places on the island. The host and his family were welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay ! The house was super and all our family enjoyed the location. We were there for our son’s wedding so all the family enjoyed it ! I would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of a birthday treat or special occasion for all your friends it’s the best !

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

Karens place is beautifully decorated there is nothing gone to chance this place is exceptionally well presented, its absolutely beautiful and great value for money, I stayed there whilst I was working away so was a bit gutted I couldn't enjoy it longer! this is a must if in the area, it has everything a couple or family could wish for, I'd love to return with my family!

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Sandie and Dan communicated extremely well and were even kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the normal check in time as we had an event to attend. The property was clean and tidy and instructions were clear. I would highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Plymouth. The only issue we had was parking via the ringGo app which for some reason wouldn't work and the phone number on the sign on the street didnt work so i was unable to pay so im now expecting a fine. However this was not in anyway the fault of the hosts just something to bare in mind for future guests. I would recommend dowloading and setting up the ringGo app pre arrival.
