I booked Richard’s place for my nephew who was visiting from NY. It was perfect for him and he enjoyed the stay. It was conveniently located to the areas he needed to be. Richard was easy to communicate with and polite in his responses. Everything was as expected.

Great place and host. This is our second stay at Teresa's place and we always love to stay there.

I stayed at Kenneth’s place for three months so trust me when I say it felt like home. Location: Private, residential street that’s very close to some great eats and Old Town Monrovia which is just 10 minutes away on foot. The Studio: Small but cozy. Definitely enough for one and fine for two. You could have neighbors in the big house but I’ve never had any issues (you don’t hear anything) the entire time I was there. Kitchen is well-equipped with an amazing nonstick pan and an IKEA oven. Hood vent also works great. Sink has a disposal unit. Faucet is pull-down and has sprayer mode. Amenities: Laundry room is right outside your window. Well-equipped. Cleaning supplies can also be found there, including a steam iron and a vacuum. Internet is mostly satisfactory. I took frequent video conference calls and played online games. Only had issues a few times. The host: Super responsive and helpful. The only downside: The TV is so old that Netflix literally stopped supporting the model.

This cute home has become our go-to place whenever we’re in town! My husband and I stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of perfect. The home is always spotlessly clean and very well-maintained, which makes settling in so easy and comfortable. One of my favorite parts is how peaceful and quiet the area is but at the same time it’s walking distance from a Friday night farmers market, a grocery store, and great cafes and restaurants! The backyard is like a dream, with lemon and avocado trees adding such a beautiful and relaxing vibe to the space. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming every single time. You can really feel the care they put into hosting. They will always make sure that everything is just right. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and heartwarming place to stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit which is coming up soon!
