Monthly Rentals in Chao Phraya River

Ken’s place was perfect for me. It’s a little far from central Bangkok, but a short walk to the sky train. The market across the street is amazing for enjoying authentic Thai food. The bed is large and comfortable. The room had working wifi and AC. The building has laundry machines available. Very convenient. Surprisingly this was one of the quietest places I’ve stayed in East Asia! Very peaceful. If you’re looking for a place to live among the locals, I recommend staying here

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Chris was an amazing and very helpful host. I stayed right after the big earthquake happened and he made sure my arrival was safely welcomed and the place was secured for my stay. It’s a great, quiet place, away from the craziness of central Bangkok. It’s a perfect place for a solo traveler looking to stay for an extended period in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again!
