Few hiccups with the remote entry but Ian was responsive to text and got it sorted even at 10 pm. Made sure we had everything we needed. Overall a good host.

Ian provided a home like setting for my co-worker and I, which was needed to debrief and relax at night from our event. He was responsive throughout our stay and we enjoyed our time there. Recommend this place for those seeking a refuge that is closer to a home like setting than a hotel/motel.

The suite was very big, two floors, very clean, with everything you needed, convenient location within walking distance to Chapleau downtown. The check in was easy using the key box, communication was fast and very detailed. Highly recommended if you would like to stay at motel but with full kitchen and huge space.

Second time staying at Jeanie’s cabin, and it was just as perfect as the first! The cabin is cozy, spotless, and well-stocked with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Jeanie is an incredible host—responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend to everyone.
