The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

At Citizen Q´s

The apartment is located in a modern building as you exit the metro station "Jean Jaurès". Ideal location to visit Lyon, direct access to many tourist sites, concert halls, congress or exhibition; or to get to your business or training appointments. If you come by car you will have a garage available. Restaurants, a children playground are located at the foot of the building, Bakery and supermarket on the other side of the avenue, A farmers / Fruit & vegetable market on Thursday evening.

Studio BEL-MOD BUGEY – Modern Belvedere

Voyagez dans le luxe, la modernité et le high Tech dans ce très joli studio, situé dans le 3ème arrondissement, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare Part-Dieu et 6 du centre commercial et du fameux quartier des Brotteaux, un des quartiers les plus animés et attrayants de Lyon. Etant au 14ème étage d’un immeuble de 57 m de hauteur, ce magnifique logement, tout neuf, est doté d’un vaste balcon, avec une vue imprenable, qui coupe le souffle et donne sur les toits de l'est de la ville des Lumières.

Ces deux espaces totalisent une belle surface de 40 m2, ils sont reliés par un magnifique escalier fer forgé en colimaçon qui peut se révéler très étroit ! Parking privé en supplément.

Situé dans un écrin de verdure à 2o mn du centre ville avec piscine au sel. Parking gratuit . T1 indépendant au rez-de-chaussée d’une maison. Entrée indépendante. Depuis la véranda privée, vous aurez un accès direct au jardin et à la piscine. Cette dernière n’est pas chauffée et sera accessible dès que les conditions climatiques le permettront. Le jardin et la piscine sont à partager avec le propriétaire qui réside sur place. Bus C20 à 5 mn du logement direction Lyon.

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolitan area, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old building in Pierre Dorée. With its own terrace, it is away from the noise but close to everything, from Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

Drop your luggage in this flea market-style space, and set off to discover the beautiful city of Lyon, thanks to nearby public transport, unless you prefer to start by enjoying the walled garden! The studio has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk, an equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, kettle) and a bedroom with dressing area and washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber). Decor found at the Lyon Flea Market. Coffee, tea and herbal tea available.

Very nice 15 m2 terrace No need for a car, all public transport is close to the accommodation, tram, metro, public bike. Shops nearby, Lyonnais bouchons, bar-barges on the quays, walks along the Rhône.
