Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

In the heart of the Eure Valley, 10 minutes from Pacy-sur-Eure and about twenty minutes from Giverny, come and prepare your visit to Monet's house or rest in our beautiful farmhouse, a traditional Norman half-timbered house with all modern comforts. On one level, it offers wonderful calm with its three "painters' rooms" — the Monet room, the Van Gogh room and the Bonnard room — and its large garden with furniture, barbecue, ping-pong and trampoline.

A small but very quiet townhouse in exposed stone and large oak beams typical of Perche (natural light ocher plaster, modern white fittings and solid oak furniture). Small terraces: one facing south overlooking a sunken path, a cooler back in the middle of the vegetable garden. Horse fields, donkeys + forest nearby. Possibility of renting bicycles on site to visit the manors or old villages nearby. Garage for bicycles.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.

You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
