I want to gate-keep this house so much!! If you are looking for a great house to hangout relax on the dock with a glass of wine eating crab chips then this is the place for you! We didn’t want to leave. Her home is beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable and the perfect spot for basically any size group. We kayaked, we road bikes, we made s’mores, we fished, we ate crabs at Capt John’s it was the perfect Cobb island adventure. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lucas’s place over Memorial Day weekend! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and included convenient amenities like a washer/dryer and working appliances. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to great restaurants and shops. Lucas was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. Highly recommend!

Kim was such a great host, our family very much enjoyed our stay at her villa. Quiet neighborhood yet walking distance from all downtown Colonial Beach has to offer. The villa was well appointed and had a wonderful outside patio with views of the river. We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time staying here because we loved the place so much, and Kathryn was always responsive when we had a question about the home. Our daughters love all of the toys and the spaciousness of the home. We love it because it was clean and had everything we need there. The home is in a very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. The beach and restaurants are a short 10 minute walk with a restaurant and great brewery even closer. Again, it was very hard to get our daughters to leave. They constantly kept saying “I love this house and don’t want to go”. We highly recommend staying here if you want an enjoyable and peaceful place to stay in historic Colonial Beach.

Usa was an amazing host! She was joyful and welcoming to us. Her home was perfect for us. We were within a mile of our family for activities. The home was very clean and fresh! While we didn't eat at the home, we were right in the middle of everything and very close and walking distance to many restaurants, stores and activities and even a lovely park. We purchased a plant for my DIL for Mother's Day, and it was perfect! We will definitely return in the future. Thank you for opening your home.
