The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

The first room is lockable with box spring bed. There is also an enclosed bathroom with shower. There's a shoe closet in the hallway. In the second room there is another box spring bed, a second new flat screen TV, a dining table for four people and an open kitchen.
