Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 sqm bedroom with wardrobe, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use cost. (€5). You can also use the cost of cleaning if needed. Regional and S-Bahn in 10 minutes walk. (9 min. Drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus within 3 min. Ent., shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, organic shop, weekly market).

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Welcome to our summer house in the north of Berlin! Perfect retreat in the garden, close to Alexanderplatz (25 min by tram/subway). Several shopping options and tram stops within walking distance (3 min). Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, a fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a dreamlike retreat even in winter.
