Une piscine est disponible de juin à fin août avec une vue sur les vignes L’Accès se fait par la porte du garage à côté de l’appart, vous pouvez profiter de faire des Balades ,un barbecue est à disposition , puis boire un verre au calme. The independent apartment of 37 m2 is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market 90 m away, the train station 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
