An unforgettable stay, lulled by the ocean breeze and the beauty of a timeless place. This sea view accommodation exceeded all our expectations: the bedding, of absolute comfort, offered us peaceful nights; the instructions were clear, and the decoration… a real favorite! Elegant and warm, it perfectly embraces the light of the open sea. But what will remain engraved is this view. Every morning, opening the shutters to the vast blue expanse was a rare, almost surreal luxury. It was our first time in a home with a sea view, and surely not the last. Thanks for the moment of grace.

Nice and functional apartment, very good for a vacation stay, in addition with a small terrace to get some air. Very well located, in a small, very quiet street, 2 steps from the city center and close to the embankment. Amandine and Lilly from the concierge are very responsive, which we appreciated following a hot water problem resolved very quickly despite a holiday!

The host met us upon our arrival and showed us around the spotless apartment. It is situated 3 minutes from the beach and is just as close to bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the small town. We missed the fact that towels are not provided, but the host was kind enough to lend us two of his personal bath towels. Whoever translated "deux chambres" from the French to mean two bedrooms was mistaken, since the abode has only one bedroom and no other, but a living room. Thank-you, Laurent, for lending us your towels, which helped make our stay at Les Sables more enjoyable!

Second stay with a maintenance of the quality of the accommodation. Good location, appreciated parking, cleanliness, very good interior equipment, good bedding, very nice ocean view, good welcome and good communication. A very good place to stay in Les Sables.

Very good weekend of the ascension in this accommodation. Two adults and 3 dogs, it's really great. The linen and towels provided were really good, the laundry. Rental next to the Leclerc and many shops as well as the port and the chaume (I have been coming to the sands for years and this is the first time I have a rental on the Olonne side). Maybe we'll come back.

Great apartment, in a residence with swimming pool, pleasant when returning from the beach. The accommodation is larger than in the photo and close to all amenities thanks to its two bikes where you can reach the beach and the embankment in less than five minutes! Very practical when you know that everything is now done to promote soft mobility in Les Sables (impossible to park by car). Recommended.

The accommodation matches the photos, the view is beautiful! Ideally located near the port, perfect if you don't want to use the car for your stay (free shuttle nearby). The only downside is the sofa bed, which is not comfortable, the pillows, which are in very poor condition, and the shower, which lacks power for my taste.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location. We went on walks and bike rides without ever using the car. The house is even prettier than in the photos: decorated with great taste, well-equipped, functional. We recommend Anita and Rodolph's house.

We received a good welcome, and good information about the surroundings. The accommodation is very well located, clean and well equipped. The residence is safe and quiet. Parking is a plus. The place has a very nice view.

My friend and I had a great week in this studio. Everything was perfect and Chantal and Joël are very welcoming and friendly. I only note the fact that we learned on site that a deposit was required for the bikes, which is normal but as it was not specified in the listing, we were surprised. Nothing to say about this listing!

We had a fabulous time at Brigitte's place. She is a welcoming and very warm woman, who immediately makes us feel at home. The apartment is very functional, close to all the activities of Les Sables d'Olonne, and only 15 minutes from the train station. The new bedding is great, we slept very well. We will be back!
