Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Château-d'Olonne, Les Sables-d'Olonne

The hosts were nothing but inviting and were super friendly the whole time. Even with our language barrier. they were more than accommodating with getting around and how to get around. they were very helpful and kind. The place was very comfortable and private. very clean definitely a great place to stay. Even included thoughtful touches like butter and jam and bread for breakfast.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would, this was a great stay, made even better by a very nice host! Whilst we didn’t speak French, the host was very accommodating and helpful and it was easy to communicate over message and small talk. The host let us use their bike for my dad to travel round the area when supporting us do an Ironman in the area so this was very helpful! There has also been a heat wave and very hot weather and the host offered us use of their pool and garden facilities to clean our bikes - again very kind and helpful! The apartment was very clean and did have all the kitchen utensils-facilities you would need for eating in! Overall a very good stay and host also allowed a flexible check out which was a great help as we had a late flight home! Overall great value for money and great host! Thank you very much and we would recommend this accommodation to people visiting the area!

We had a very pleasant weekend in this very well-equipped house, especially the kitchen. The enclosed garden with the heated pool (without risk of children slipping with a suitable floor), the barbecue... allow you to have a very good time with the family

Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

I had a great stay at Les Sables in a perfect apartment in every respect. Ideal location for amenities, superb view and terrace, very cozy accommodation and comfortable bedding. Very friendly and responsive welcome. It was perfect and I'll be back with pleasure.

Great place, newly renovated, spacious, love the bathroom and open kitchen, quiet. 15 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the city center, some shops in the area and a great bakery not far away. Would love them adding a wifi and maybe a washing machine, but other than that, a great place with everything you might need!

Annemieke and her husband are lovely people. We recommend staying in Le Pré d'Olonne! Constantly present in the cottage, they will gladly answer all your questions. The listing is a great fit. Your children will love the garden and the barn. We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at Heidie's. Very responsive host, check-in instructions are clear and precise. The listing is exactly as described. We slept well on comfortable bedding and the quiet environment. Everything is within walking distance (the center of Les Sables d'Olonne, Super U just behind, restaurants nearby, the port, etc.). You can park your car (free parking next to the accommodation) and not touch it during your stay. Thanks again to Heidie for her accommodation.

The accommodation is VERY pleasant and extremely quiet, which is very nice and allows you to hear only the music of the waves.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.
