Enjoy the tranquility of the Haut Brion vineyards while being close to the Talence SNCF train station, tram B and the campus (10 min walk), the center of Bordeaux (15 min by train 30 by tram) and the ring road. You will find a living room with equipped kitchenette, storage, a sofa bed (bed 140 cm x 190 cm), a bathroom with shower and WC, air conditioning. Linen provided. Immediate proximity to transport, Chaban Delmas stadium and universities. 15 min walk from the center of Talence and its Halles, ideal for visiting Bordeaux, studying or working remotely.

Independent studio located in our house, close to the center and available from Sunday evening to Friday morning, ideal for work-study student or worker on the move. This 15 m2 studio, completely renovated is perfectly equipped with a new 140 cm bed, open bathroom (shower and toilet), kitchen area. You will love our place because of its comfortable bed and independence. /!\ STRICTLY non-smoking accommodation, no smoking allowed in front of the house.

Located in the municipality of Talence, at the gateway to Bordeaux, a bus stop is 350 m away and the tram is 1 km away. And to spend your stay like a real Bordeaux resident, a bike is available.

Downtown Bordeaux in 15min by tram, Talence/Pessac university campus 10 minutes too. Chu Pellegrin 25 min by direct line bus 8 (10 min by car). An Auchan and a baker are also 400m away for your groceries. THERE ⚠️ IS NO WIFI.⚠️ Netflix on the telé. Direct self access to the studio by the garden.

During the week check-ins are from 5pm and check-outs are at 11am. And on weekends from 2pm and checkouts at 11am.

New and bright 18 m2 studio located in the heart of Talence, a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, the cinema and Peixotto Park. Bordeaux's historic center is accessible in 15 minutes by tram. The university campus is also nearby. The studio is adjacent to our house, you can park your car in a private parking space in front of the studio.

You are located 20 minutes from tram B on foot and 200 m from bus line 8 as well as line 80 which drops you off at the Bordeaux Palace of Justice.
