Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION.

Spend a few days in our kitchen-free outbuilding in Pessac. At the bottom of a garden of about 1000 m2 this small outbuilding is composed of a 140 bed, a wardrobe and desk, a kettle and mini fridge, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. It can accommodate 2 people passing through. Close to the Bourgailh Forest (300 m) but also public transport (Liane 4 nearby and tram a few minutes away) you can access the center of Bordeaux directly.
