We welcome you to an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unsupervised swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. Highway exit 3 km away.

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds site, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is available!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

From June 15 to September 15, you can enjoy the pool with views of the vineyards, the Rhône and the hills of Ardèche. In the village, you will find an electric vehicle charging station (150 m) and a restaurant/grocery store (200 m) The accommodation is close to all amenities; train station and highway access.

This brand new studio has been delicately furnished and my touch. It's the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to share) and the beautiful terrace (private). Vacation rental classified 3 stars. In a park of more than 3 hectares surrounded by woods, the house overlooks the Vercors to the southeast. You will hear according to the pic-green season, hello, owl, toadad... On the site outside the owner's accommodation there is only a cottage. In the absence of neighbors, the park lends itself to naturism for practitioners.

Just at the end of the pool, the Orangerie finds its place , facing south, with in front of it the garden cuddled by the light shade of the Tricentenary Olivier! With all the comforts of A/C and heating, a nice little bathroom, a kitchenette, a large friendly studio with a decor mezzanine. The brand new 160 wide sofa bed, from the Sofa House!! Great comfort!
