The chalet is in a very calm environment. Beautiful apartment, in the heart of the small village of Saint-Marcellin, breathtaking views of the mountains. Fully equipped accommodation, reserved parking space. Closed room, possibility to put bikes or other items. Possibility to eat out. Shops nearby. Embrun train station is a 20-minute drive. Savine-le-Lac is a 30-minute drive away. Departure for hikes as well, quick access to ski resorts. A garage to park your motorcycles is available if you wish.

The 100 m2 apartment we offer was completely renovated in 2023. It is located on the 1st floor and has a large balcony that you can enjoy during the beautiful summer evenings. Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.
