Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. À deux pas, une cascade ponctue le silence.

Independent studio on the ground floor of my house. A spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Room with table, chairs. NO KITCHEN. Fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle (tea, coffee, sugar provided). Bed linen and towels provided Chairs and table outside. Wi-Fi Located in the Parc des Écrins, Lac de Serre-Ponçon, swimming, boating, Queyras Regional Park. Walk. I only accept assistance dogs. No heating.

Being on site, I am easily reachable if needed. You will have access to all the amenities of Châteauroux-les-Alpes (bakery, grocery store, bar and restaurant) a 5-minute drive away. The Embrun water park as well as small shops and supermarkets are a 10-minute drive.

Je ne souhaite plus accueillir un couple avec enfants ou ados ou plus de deux adultes suite à des débordements... La maison est non fumeur dedans ET dehors, merci.
