Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Chattahoochee River

Jen and Marianne were awesome! During our stay, the gate to the parking lot was under maintenance so we had to text them when we needed to leave or get inside the gate and they were both so quick with letting us in and out with no trouble! The lock boxes to retrieve the key fob to get inside the building was easy to find once given instructions as well as getting into the building. I am from Birmingham and never stayed downtown but this building was so beautiful and charming! We had such a pleasant stay, thank you Jen and Marianne!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Airbnb was clean, private, and incredibly accommodating—it truly felt like a home away from home. The space had everything I needed, and the huge big screen TV was a fantastic bonus for relaxing nights in. I’m already planning to come back with more of my family. It’s the perfect setup for our daughters and their children, especially with the option to use the middle unit that’s connected by the stairwell—giving us our own space while still staying close together. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a place that truly feels like home!

The place was amazing, but the checkin and checkout instructions were not given to me ahead of time. The staff was very sweet and helpful. We didn’t have enough hot water the first night, but they fixed it for the next day. The pricing was not what I expected.

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

I stayed here because my son had a way basketball game and I must say I was really satisfied! We were close to everything we needed to be. The place was spacious and clean and what was most important to me SAFE!! Highly recommend

My family and I absolutely loved Laura’s place! From the moment we pulled up, we were completely enamored—even the outside of her home was beautiful and inviting. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. You could walk around in white socks and still feel fresh—that’s how clean it was! The entire space was stunning, but the massive bedroom my husband and I stayed in was such a treat! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the theater room—they were in heaven. It truly felt like home, filled with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. This is the place for family gatherings—comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and full of warmth. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. I honestly rate this house a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, luxury stay with family. Laura, I pray God continues to bless you and your family. I can't say enough great things about Phillip's lake house! My family, husband and two sons in their early 20's, absolutely loved every aspect of the place! The house looks just like the pictures, beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen was gorgeous and modern, loved the Keurig and thanks for some pods! Same with dishwasher. Bathrooms were beautiful. Enough towels for everyone. Beds were comfy and large. The boys enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room and we all enjoyed air hockey and pool and basketball in the rec room. The lake was so peaceful and calming. We all loved sitting out on the huge deck and also on the huge lawn. So conducive to reading a good book! Smart TVs were great too. Phillip was SO responsive to my questions, thank you Phillip! Enjoyed exploring Birmingham and Leeds-the Buc Ees was awesome! Oxford and Pell City and Talladega were all fun to explore too. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Even my picky boys loved it!

The place was beautiful, fully equipped with everything you can possibly need on a daily basis. Great for families,with a crib, play pen and a high chair. Don and Joan were quick to respond to messages. My family loved this place and it was worth every penny. Will definitely recommend to everyone planning on visiting the area. We loved this home. The beds were so comfortable and kitchen had everything you could want or need. We loved that the downstairs recreation room was separated by a whole floor from the master bedroom. Our adult kids stayed up late and did karaoke until the wee hours and we didn’t hear anything upstairs. Last night we chilled in front of the large screen and watched a movie and it was wonderful. If we ever are back in Chattanooga, we will stay in this home.

We had an exceptional stay this weekend. The place was spacious, clean and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. We will definitely book again.

This home was such a great place for my family and I! There were places for us to congregate to play games and watch movies and sports as a family, but also enough space for us to have our own private time when needed. There was nothing we needed in this home that wasn't readily available. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Sage’s place for 3 days and had an unforgettable time. The house was clean, spacious, and packed with great amenities. The game room and pool table were a huge hit with our group, and we especially loved watching the NBA Finals on the two large screen TVs—it felt like we had our own private sports lounge! The barbecue grill was perfect for evening cookouts, and the layout of the home made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was exactly as listed, if not better. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire place had a welcoming, well-kept feel. Sage’s was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup for a fun and chill weekend. Highly recommend this spot, and we’d definitely come back!

Estelle was a fantastic host! She was very communicative and incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations around town. The room was as described and perfect for me to be able to stay in comfortably. Would highly recommend!!

The host was extremely responsive and nice. There was wine and chocolate and chips left for us which was a nice welcome. She was extremely upfront with some of the things that were being fixed from last guest so we knew what to expect. The condo was so cute and looked just liked the photos. The patio was nice to sit and chill on. The projector is a nice touch but you can only see it when it’s dark outside which is no fault of the host. There was lots of amazing places to eat in walking distance. I will say that if you’re not used to city life the “locals” that sit outside can be a little intimidating but again this has no reflection on the host or her condo. She was so fast to respond and one of the best hosts that we have worked with. If we ever come back to Atlanta would definitely stay here again. The place is very secure and the front desk people don’t let anyone in without id or the fob so that made us feel more secure. 🩷

Megan was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Her place was impeccably clean and the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was great! The location was in a very busy area but very walkable and lots to do around. The view of the city from the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is connected to a Whole Foods which was incredibly convenient. Our host was very kind and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. The only thing we would have changed is that you have to pay daily to park at the apartment’s garage. But overall we would definitely stay again!
