Gite Pavillon/Cottage, near Beaune

Located to the side of la Maison Chaudenay, Le Pavillon is a fully self contained, free standing Cottage that is available for rent on a weekly, or part weekly basis. Built on two levels Le Pavillon is a blend of modern facilities with an old world charm ambiance. It is ideally suited for one couple or a family of four. Le Pavillon (guest cottage) was originally the caretaker's cottage on the estate, the exterior is entirely covered in ivy and it overlooks our central courtyard with its spreading chestnut trees. It is newly renovated but derives much of its charm from the ceiling beams in its upper floor bedroom. The accommodation features on the elevated ground floor: a separate lounge, open plan dinette/kitchen, and a bathroom with WC. The fully equipped, newly installed kitchen includes an oven, gas/electric plates, microwave and refrigerator. Running the length of the building, the first floor provides the sleeping accommodation with a spacious main bedroom and a smaller adjoining room containing one or two single beds. All bedroom and bathroom linen are supplied. A washing machine is also included. A non-smoking policy applies. Le Pavillon fronts on to our central courtyard where there are tables for outdoor eating. In the kitchen you'll find everything for the table. Iron and ironing board are supplied. Bicycles are available for leisurely countryside excursions and broadband internet connection is available for even more leisurely excursions! Secure off street parking is available

Beaune Nuits: neat house, stove, very quiet

Renovated former farmhouse with 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue... Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, local wines and beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Chez Charlie

Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

The authentic manoir de Puyval near Beaune

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

The Orangerie has a large garden and a large indoor room to accommodate your family and friends. Just 10 minutes from the wine coast. There are 3 real bedrooms with bathrooms nearby, plus a room a little apart that serves as an office or extra bedroom. There is a Zimmermann upright piano. The other 2 nearby cottages, Foudras (4 to 6 people) and the Pavilion (4 to 6 people), allow you to meet and enjoy life together without going through the public road.

30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. Located inside the property of Ségolène and Olivier, you will find a detached house of about 90 m² on enclosed and fenced land.
