The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bicycle racks are provided (within the limit of 2) so they will be safe.

Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

Old building renovated into a cottage communicating with "Pressoir" cottage for 12 beds, on request. Separation: double door and removable sound insulation.
