"Shaka Laka" Guest House and Ranch

Come feel the magic of our renovated country guest house. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a full kitchen, dining & living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with a twin XL bunk bed and a separate twin XL bed. The master bath has a luxurious walk-in curbless shower & double vanity. The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.

This quaint little cabin is only a few miles from historic downtown featuring brick streets, restored theatre, local restaurants, unique shops; and 30 minutes from I-75.

Chaney Farms/Tall Oaks Cottage

Welcome to the Tall Oaks Cottage. This house was originally built in the 1960's and has been completely remodeled on inside and out. It is a quaint, one bedroom cottage- perfect for the couples. Our cottage is tucked away in the woods and off the beaten path. You will drive through a field road to get to the cottage; there is one way in and one way out. Enjoy the country while sitting on the front porch. You may see deer, opossum, rabbits, squirrels, etc, and get to hear birds singing.

The house is located on a large lot surrounded on three sides by fence and trees to offer a wonderful private setting. Ample parking available for cars, trucks, boats and hard to fit vehicles. Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

The Casita

If you are visiting Georgia or driving through this is the right spot for you. A mixture of modern and southern styles. The neighborhood is very peaceful to rest and is a good place to be out of the craziness of the cities. It's 5 minutes from Walmart, downtown, and local restaurants will surprise you from Mexican food to a Cuban sandwich. A great nearby location for hunters, and 7 minutes from aviation school.

The Emerald Forrest Swamp Cabin

The cabin is situated on cypress wetlands. The view from the windows is like waking up in the Emerald Forest. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the large tub is beautiful and absolutely luxurious! Perfect for long bubble baths or epsom salt bath soaks for detoxing and soaking away aches. The cabin is beautiful and is ideal for nature lovers, artists, writers, or anyone needing a relaxing get away.

Genesis House - Christian Retreat

Hope House & Revelation House are also available on the same property. Bethel Village Christian Retreat sits on 36 acres. Located on the property is this listing; Genesis House, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a 20x20 screened-in porch. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to feel right at home. There is also a 3 1/2 acre pond, a walking trail, and so much more!
