Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Chavanod

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Laura's place is perfect. High floor, with elevator, and the view outside is just magnificent. She'll give you complete and very clear instructions what to do, and everything you'll need is provided there.

perfekte Unterkunft für ein verlängertes WE. Nur 10Min. vom Bhf, direkt in der Fussgängerzone und 5 Minuten vom See und dem Chateau. sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht. kleiner Minuspunkt, unter 2 Schlafzimmern befindet sich eine Bar, deren Musik (Bass) das Einschlafen stören kann.

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans le logement d'Alejandra. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très pratique : 10 minutes à pieds de la gare, 10 minutes du centre historique et 15 minutes du lac. Nombreux commerces (grande surface, restaurants, prêt à porter, pharmacie) à proximité. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux et très bien équipé : vous ne manquerez de rien si vous choisissez d'y séjourner ! Nous étions 5 (4 adultes et un jeune enfant) et nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds :) Enfin, Alejandra a été extrêmement disponible et est venue nous accueillir en personne.

The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Super séjour, Un très bon logement pour visiter Annecy avec un grand confort et tout le nécessaire. La place de Parking est étroite pour les grands véhicules mais il y a beaucoup de places dans les rues adjacentes si nécessaire. L’hôte est très à l’écoute et réactif aux demandes. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle ! La maison est très agréable et l'emplacement paisible. Nous avons passé un super séjour , je recommande sans hésitation.

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cette maison cosy et décorée avec goût. Elle correspond aux photos publiées. Petit Havre de paix où l'on s'y sent bien.

Pascal a été un hôte merveilleux dès la réservation jusqu’à notre départ du logement, notamment par ses recommandations et sa réactivité. Nous nous sommes senties dans cet appartement comme à la maison, en sécurité et au calme. La vue du studio est magique et le quartier est très calme. Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu ferme mais cela reste subjectif. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100% et n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous revenions vers Annecy.

This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus von Claire, fast eine Woche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hochwertige Materialien, alles sehr großzügig (z.B. genügend Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife etc.). Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Terrasse ist mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem großen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Es stimmt einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit Claire war sehr angenehm.

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place and location, attentive and responsive host. I would definitely get back although the music coming from the club located in the basement of the building could be annoying at night.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Bonne continuation dans votre rôle de Super Hôte soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs de passage. Françoise et Philippe

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Arnaud went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he provided refreshments, he was so flexible and accommodating & always responded right away. Could not rate this stay highly enough, it genuinely made our trip x
