This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city center. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

Anthony and Virginie offer a BEAUTIFUL and FUNCTIONAL accommodation. The master suite is a big plus. Everything is tastefully decorated, everything is impeccable and looks new! Located right next to a pedestrian street, it is very easy to walk from the doorstep. Responsive and flexible, Anthony and Virginie allowed us to arrive and leave at times that were favorable to us! Nothing to say, everything was perfect, thank you for everything.

We had a great weekend at François and Liao's place. Communication was very simple and they are accommodating and pleasant people. The internet connection is more complicated but it did not bother us for a weekend of rest and games. The place is quiet, very cool (very useful given the heat we had) and has all the useful amenities. Thank you to François and Liao for your hospitality. We'll be happy to go back

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful little house with rustic decoration, a real favorite that is confirmed once on site. We may be close to a road but it's totally quiet, an accommodation that I will recommend to those around me.

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it is rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and a toilet with a small sink. A nice little village house, functional with a very nice decoration around the bike. We really enjoyed staying at Sébastien's. The welcome guide contains the essentials, with good things to discover. I highly recommend it.

Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

Comfortable accommodation for a stay of 6 people. Steeven was responsive when we had to ask him to bring us the linens that were missing for two of the people. The accommodation is well placed to go to Futuroscope (about 15min drive). I would highly recommend it.

Very good stay with this host. The bathroom in front of the apartment is not disturbing at all. The apartment was spotless. Responsive host, no problems.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We had a lovely stay there. David is very friendly and available for any information. Don't miss!

Very nice apartment with all the amenities available. Sheets and towels are provided, the neighborhood is very quiet, it is not noisy although it overlooks a busy street. It is very well located, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian center of Poitiers and 20 minutes by car to Futuroscope. There is one parking space included close to the property. Instructions for retrieving keys are sent to you within the day. The owners are very responsive. We would recommend this property if you want to stay in Poitiers or visit the surroundings

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place
