Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

During the cooler months (January–May and October–December), firewood is provided for the log burner; additional wood can be purchased if needed. Electric wall heaters: We include an allowance of 15 kWh per day usage . Usage above this will be charged at €0.1481 per kWh.

"La Petite Courance", pleasant 140 m² stone house with fenced garden and secure and private swimming pool to enjoy nice moments with family or friends. Located in the south of Deux-Sèvres, close to Niort (+ beautiful market in France 2024), its Poitevin marsh (20 min), Zoodysée and TERRA AVENTURA (10 min), La Rochelle (45 min), Futuroscope and Puy du Fou (about 1.5 hours). Close to shops (supermarket, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, restaurants...) All you have to do is enjoy!

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
