La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Typical Touraine house, made of tufa stone, completely renovated in 2023 (insulation, acoustic frames, etc.). Ideal location for visiting the castles and discovering the local gastronomy. Very easy to access, free parking right across the street, you will be a 15-minute walk from the Château d'Azay le Rideau! Nearby you will find a good bakery (80m), a tobacco bar (140m), a grocery store (280m), a retro waterfront open-air café (700m), restaurants, a wine merchant, a cheesemaker

Gîte confortable situé à la campagne avec accès libre à tout l'ensemble extérieur sur notre propriété d'environ 2 hectares (terrasse avec salon de jardin, grand pré, étang, parc, trampoline). Les draps de lits, couvertures, couettes, serviettes et gants de toilettes, torchons de cuisine sont compris. Piscine sécurisée par un abri haut fermant à clé. L'hiver, la piscine n'est pas disponible. Gite classé 3 étoiles. Ce logement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Guests can relax in a pretty garden with barbecue at their disposal or cool off in the vaulted cellar! Inside, enjoy a bright living room with sitting area, dining area and a fitted and equipped kitchen! On the ground floor you will find a shower room, toilet, and a bedroom. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. 💙
