It is a Touraine farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, completely renovated, insulated with eco-friendly materials. The neighborhood is quiet, the tram line is a 5-minute walk, the historic city center is a 20-minute walk. All shops are nearby. We live in the house next door, in the same yard and want to remain very available to our guests.
