Apartment holiday rentals in Chelsea, Manhattan

This apartment was the key to making this a wonderful family vacation with our 2 college-age kids. 2 hotel rooms in the city for a week as a daunting and extremely expensive prospect. Finding this place made our trip a true family adventure. I can't say enough good things about the location, the cleanliness, the comfort and the convenience of this place. The location is GREAT and offers a lot of restaurants, shops and activities right out your door. Muliple subway stops are located within a 5 minute walk. The location is busy and there is noise but the listing makes that clear so you know that going in. It is nicely decorated and very clean. There are plenty of extra towels and bedding, if needed, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Lius provided excellent, proactive help with directions to the apartment, instructions and any questions we had. He also provided a lot of recommendations for things to see, eat and do. We would definately stay here again.

A lakás tágas, jól felszerelt konyhával, és tömegközlekedéssel is megközelíthető lokalizációval. A tűzoltóállomás közelsége miatt kissé zajos, de megszokható. A környéken jól elérhető üzletek és éttermek találhatók.

It's a great apartment, beautiful, modern, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. David is a very good host. Responds very quickly, helpful instructions, we were allowed to check-in earlier and check out later. I recommend :)

Wij reizen veel met ons gezin maar hebben nog nooit zo’n gastvrijheid ervaren als met Colleen en Jim. Zij hebben ons opgehaald op het vliegveld (90 min bij New York vandaan) en hebben ons naar hotel gebracht. Het hotel heeft zeer luxe uitstraling, heeft perfecte ligging en is heel schoon. Wij vonden het heerlijk dat er een keukentje was en 2 badkamers. Onze 3 pubers hebben de tijd van hun leven gehad en daar hebben Jim en Colleen zeker bij gedragen. Zij hebben ons nuttige tips gegeven en wagen hele tijd beschikbaar voor ons als we vragen hadden. Zo had Jim voor ons de eerste avond Pizza gehaald, mijn zoon vond het een ontzettend lekkere pizza die we nadat we Jim hadden gebeld nog een avond hebben gegeten. Jim en Colleen ontzettend bedankt en hopelijk tot snel.

Great place to stay. Only qualm I would say is the address was slightly different than listed. So the location was a little more south than we expected but still in an amazing safe convenient area. Otherwise great stay and great host. Great value for price. Would stay again.

Un lujo hospedarnos aquí. El anfitrión estuvo atento a toda hora, con sugerencias efectivas y muy útiles. Así también, se preocupó de que todo fuera bien y no nos faltara nada. Con respecto al lugar, muy hermoso, nuevo y cuidado. También, había muchos regalitos ricos de cortesía que son perfectos y muy oportunos cuando uno llega cansado de tanto viaje. A futuro, lo volveremos a elegir. Además, muy cerca a 1 cuadra de donde pasan los buses y a pocos minutos de la mejor parte de Manhattan. Recomiendo!!

We loved staying here. It was very comfortable and well-decorated and cozy. It was easy to feel at home. There was everything we needed. The patio is lovely and the flowers were blooming outside. The place is quiet and very well located, close to trains, shops and restaurants.

This UES apartment is a great location convenient to subway and buses. Location is great with lots of restaurants that are walkable and easy to get anywhere in Manhattan. It’s modern and updated as pictured. John the cohost is very responsive to any questions also. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and quiet place for a quick Brooklyn getaway.

Mike was an amazing host! My husband and I (and our dog) lived at the condo for three months while our home was being renovated. Very well appointed kitchen, bath and laundry. The bedroom was super comfortable and cozy and I slept just like I was at home. I could not recommend this apartment enough! Also very accessible to the Path or bus into NYC. Mike was also incredibly responsive. There’s a back patio that is really lovely and feels private.

Had an amazing stay at Styopa’s place! It was clean, and just as pictures described. Centrally located, and close to train stations too. Styopa answered all questions I had, and allowed me to check in early too! Check in/out was a breeze as well. I’d 100% come back to stay here next time I’m in Brooklyn!! Thanks again :)

Will come back when I am in NYC. Easy to get on subway. Joshua let me check in slightly early which was a great help to me.

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Where do I begin with Kings Airbnb? From the time I booked his Airbnb he communicated with me well. Upon arriving to the Airbnb there was lots of parking and easy access to the unit. When you walk into King's Airbnb you are greeted with beautiful Decor in every room. King's Airbnb will definitely be one I will revisit in the near future.

Hirian (Olga son) is literally the best! So accommodating and flexible . Literally even helped me out with one of my aunts that elderly. Can’t say enough of how great of a spot and host this Airbnb is . There’s so much to do and walkable, great culture and food on the street the Airbnb is on , public transportation is accessible . If you aren’t sure the host is right there available to answer any questions. It was a girls trip of 7 and we felt comfortable in the area , everyone slept great , space was clean. Two bathroom helps a lot and there was space for everyone to sleep . It is a two flight stair to climb but nothing crazy . Would definitely book here again if we come back to visit and felt that the price is affordable. Communication and hospitality is key and hirian (Olga son) definitely out shine himself . 10/10 recommend staying here for a trip to NY or NJ.

found this place last minute with a good weekend deal. place just as pictured. the parking is a must need. need great parking skills for anyone with an SUV or Van, which we did as the garage is tight. check in was seemless. bathroom was nice and bed was great. I think place needs some more pots for cooking would return.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! We will definitely come back and stay here again.
