She was very friendly as we talked to her outside a couple times. Any texts we sent to her, she responded very quickly. It was a great place to stay and easy to get too. This was my second time staying there in a month, and I would definitely stay there again.

Sylvia’s place was extremely comfortable and pristine. We felt instantly at ease. Everything was thoughtfully crafted and brand new… lovely! The property is peaceful, quiet well maintained, and it has a beautiful creek running through it that our dog loved to cool off in. Sylvia is very kind and accommodating. We wish we could have spent more time there. We hope to return one day soon! Thanks for a great, relaxing stay. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long workday, away from home. Thanks Sylvia!

We stayed here for an extended long weekend and had the best time. The place had everything you would need for the stay. Our dogs loved all the open space for running around and would go up and visit the alpacas throughout the day. Gisele and Joel were extremely friendly and welcoming in all aspects. Any questions we had they were quick to respond. We will definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

We stayed at the Marmora Retreat this past weekend with 16 girls and could not have had a better time! The property is beautiful, including a large deck with tons of space to play games and chill in the nice weather. Despite it raining for half of our weekend, the house's layout provided a lot of space for us to play games, relax, cook, and enjoy each other's company. The beds were super comfortable, and we all departed feeling refreshed after a weekend full of laughs. We are already talking about returning for another weekend during the summer to take advantage of the pool! We highly recommend the Marmora Retreat, and thank you so much, Brendan, for providing a space for all of us to get together comfortably!

It was a great Experience that we visited this nice cottage. Clean neat perfect place for a family with lots of amenities. No one will regret choosing this place as their vacation home. The host is very responsive and never gets late for whatever you need.

We stayed at the North COTTAGE for a ladies work trip to Peterborough. Everything was as listed, and this was one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have stayed in! We really loved the coffee bar, and the morning view was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were very clean and great to use after a long day of training. Thanks for a pleasant stay, Mike!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Doug’s s place! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy and comfortable for us to settle in. The location was great, and communication with kiki was seamless throughout our stay. She was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. If you are bothered by bugs, don’t miss out to visit the lovely little store ‘zebra with a different stripe’ to get some great all natural bug spray!

We had the most wonderful experience at Majestic McIntosh! From the moment we arrived, Craig and Jessica made us feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and lived up to its name — truly majestic with a perfect blend of comfort and charm. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality we received. Craig and Jessica went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and we were especially touched by their kind invitation to join them for the Victoria Day fireworks. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our trip even more memorable! Thank you both for an amazing stay — we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. PJ was a great host. We really enjoyed our time, and the fishing in the area. Great spot for a good weekends away from home. The only two issues we ran into during our stay was the kitchen tap had very little water pressure, making washing dishes a little difficult. We also ran out of propane and realized the second tank, was also empty. We did go out and purchase one to use but took it home with us. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed the place.

The house was spotless and the garden was absolutely lovely. Both we and our dog had a wonderful time during our stay. We always bring our own sheets to Airbnb stays, but we couldn’t help noticing how fresh and clean the ones here smelled — that was a really nice touch. Many of the things we brought with us were already available in the house, which made everything so convenient. Hot water was always available, which made our stay even more comfortable. The garden was peaceful, filled only with the sounds of birds and frogs — it was truly relaxing to just listen to nature. Getting away from Toronto for a few days was exactly what we needed. Before we arrived, Dylan had kindly left firewood out in the yard for us — that was such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it. As a suggestion, the double bed could use some improvement — it wasn’t very comfortable. Also, the mosquitoes were really intense; despite using repellent, we were bitten all over. A rural cabin with unexpected modern conveniences. Everything is new and works well. Beds and mattresses are great. Rare you find great comfortable mattresses. Sheets and blankets all smart freshly washed. Perfect for my dog. Private and safe. Bbq worked great and very hot. Not one thing disappointed me about this place. The host was happy to answer any questions. Even at 10.30 pm. Thank you it was great.

Great cottage with lots of room for family. We had 8 adults stay. Lots of room for everyone and lots to do. Good selection of games and books. Paddle boards, kayaks and a tandem kayak for those who like to paddle together. Would definitely book again.

We booked for a long weekend and it was a great site. The water access was easy and the boat launch not to far. Town was about 15 min away if you forgot something. Lots to do at the cottage, but peace and tranquility were front and center. Thank you again for a great time.

We booked Yogi’s Cabin last minute and couldn’t be happier we did! Perfect spot for our family of four (plus our pup!). The view is stunning, the lake is quiet and peaceful, and the cabin had everything we needed for an stress-free stay. Clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches, including a lovely welcome gift! My wife and I stayed at Frank's cottage for a short getaway from city life. The place has a lovely view of the lake. It was clean and well kept. Frank was quick to respond to our few messages, and there were no issues with the check-in or check-out. The cottage was quite reasonably priced and generally comfortable for the two of us.
