The Riverhaus is truly an amazingly peaceful & serene place to call home for a vacation. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just pack your bag of clothes and off you go!

This house has everything you need for a getaway. We stayed on the decks more than in the house. The furniture outside has been upgraded since the photos on the listing. Kitchen was spotless and had everything I need to cook for my family. I will be back. There are 125 steps to get to the water. I knew it would be a trek, so it didn’t bother me. But, just a heads up if you aren’t able to climb that many steps. All of the houses are like that.

I booked the cabin at midnight the night before wanting to come. Jennifer accepted my booking and also ensured the cabin was thoroughly cleaned even with such short notice. The cabin was everything as described and more! It was the perfect getaway for me and my boyfriend to reconnect after having a new baby! It was so peaceful and private. Can’t wait to visit again!

Mario's place is a true mountain hideaway. Rustic and comfy with enough bathrooms for a large family. Big living room to gather in, and spacey enough to get some time to yourself if needed. The place is well-stocked and clean. The vibe is clutter free and relaxed, homey and spacious. Woodsy with lots of birdsong and no neighbors within sight of the house except way down the mountain far away. There wasn't really anything we needed that we didn't find...extra blankets and pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc. There was even a chalk marker to mark our initials on our water bottles. Really can't say enough great things about this stay, and don't have anything negative to say. Mario is an excellent host and really flexible, with very few rules other than to respect his property. Highly recommend all the way around!

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here, from the home itself to the outdoors surrounding it was exactly the peaceful, serene environment we were needing. The house literally had everything that we could’ve possibly needed cookware wise and even cleaning wise because although we were on vacation in a neat freak and with 2 boys the messes are sure to follow. Our host was so kind and responsive and gave us so many wonderful recommendations for things to do with our sons. We did not want to leave 💕 thank you so much for having us.

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back! The furnishings and beds were high end and very comfortable. The view from the house is incredible.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The cabin was in pristine condition and clean. We felt right at home when we walked in. We got in super later and forgot to pick up coffee for the morning only to find out there was coffee left for us in the cabin. Those little added touches take the stress away and allow us to enjoy our vacation! I would highly recommend this property and will vacation here again.

Cute and cozy place perfectly situated in downtown Murphy.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, and the property was absolutely enchanting. We saw so many deer right around the house. Mimi is an excellent hostess. We hope to stay again some time in the future.

You feel right at home when you walk in the door. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location and within driving distance to popular cities in TN, NC and GA. My kids loved the board games and finding all of the wonderful toys. The view from the hot tub was magnificent. Even though they are a pet friendly location, they keep this space spotless. There were no pet odors and all of the furniture and beds were free of pet hair. We can’t wait to go back to this location again!!

Jesse and Mike's place was beautiful sitting on top of the mountain with views of both the sunrise and sunset. Inside the cabin is well laid out with a great updated kitchen, big living area and floor to ceiling windows to take in the view of Murphy, mountains, and the sunset. Our teens enjoyed playing vinyl on the record player while we played the many board and card games available. We enjoyed lots of hiking nearby, shopping, and relaxing out on the deck and firepit. A storm with heavy winds and lightening blew in our first night knocking the internet out - Jess and Mike were proactive to let us know it was out, someone was working on it, and it was back by mid-morning. Great cabin and host. We'll definitely be back.

We felt very fortunate to find this location. It was very relaxing. Claudia was extremely friendly and responsive. This was a very clean cabin, and the hot tub was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away to a quiet location.

We always enjoying spending time here. It is very peaceful with lots of wildlife. We even saw a bald eagle flying down the river as we were relaxing on the porch.

This cabin was absolutely heaven. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing visit. Everything was as described. It rained almost our entire visit and my car struggled on some of the inclines. A larger vehicle would have been better for us.

The highlight was the gorgeous creek that runs alongside the property—it was so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the water flowing by. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt like a true home away from home. Whether we were relaxing indoors or enjoying the fresh mountain air outside, we felt completely at peace. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature-filled escape with the soothing sound of a creek just steps away, this cabin is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

Very peaceful place to stay! The house was very clean and had great decorations, but we spent most of our time on the porch. The river view, with the swing and string lights made for a restful and peaceful getaway.

The Grandview was a great place to stay for our two week vacation. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent as much time as possible out on the covered porch and deck facing the valley. Great place to watch the sunrise with mountain views. The cabin is clean and well-maintained. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is very nice. I would recommend this cabin to others without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay in Murphy! The host truly thought of everything we could have possibly needed — from the small touches to the well-stocked essentials, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout our trip, with quick and thoughtful responses that made the whole experience even better.
