Apartment holiday rentals in Cherry Creek, Denver

I loved this basement gem. Sandi was kind and communicative, helpful when approached, but also considerate in giving space and privacy in her shared home. The property is in a great location and we loved taking evening strolls among the beautiful shade trees and visiting each and every tiny library that we passed. The separate entrance off the private patio was lovely and you will find a talent for succulents dwells here. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and bathroom products. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and had every necessary amenity for a home cooked meal. You may find yourself googling properties for sale in the area wishing you could live in a home and neighborhood just like this one. But alas, a short-term stay will suffice. Hope to visit again.

Great place in an up-and-coming neighborhood with Santa Fe and the Art District within a 5 mins walk. Some great restaurants (Sushi was excellent) Lisa’s place was comfortable and has a great workspace, ideal for access to downtown Denver and for some late night meetings. Ample street parking too with the supplied pass. Definitely a great stay.

I cannot recommend Mary’s place highly enough! It has all the amenities, snacks, fresh juice and water in the fridge, just about everything you could hope for. My flight was late arriving and Mary accommodated my check in, and the location is great to go anywhere downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

👍Better Than the Photos – A Cozy and Thoughtful Stay 👍Wonderful Stay – Felt Just Like Home! We stayed here for 8 days and absolutely loved it. The house was incredibly comfortable – it truly felt like a home. Our hosts, Ji and Ryan, were so thoughtful and had prepared everything we could possibly need (even more!). From umbrellas on rainy days to picnic mats and fresh bread during the jazz festival, they really went above and beyond. The location is also super convenient – just a 5–10 minute ride on the 15 or 15L bus to downtown, and there’s a supermarket right next door, which made daily life really easy. If you're looking for a stay in Denver that gives you a sense of local living, I highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

we loved our stay! the location was perfect, and it was so nice having a parking spot and being in a locked building. we were able to leave our car most of the time and just go around on foot. tons of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance, the market, and more. definitely would stay again, thanks!

This was the perfect stay for my time in Denver! Close enough to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood. Great area to walk the dog! Stephanie was very responsive & detailed. I had everything I needed and felt right at home. Will definitely look to stay here again next time I’m in the area.

We loved staying at Nathan and Michelle’s place! They were very responsive- responded within 1-2 minutes when we had questions. The place was very cleanly, appliances were updated and nice, and everything was as described in the description. We really enjoyed our stay!!

One of the best stays I have had in an Airbnb. The place itself was above expectations. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We were able to walk to the Coors Stadium for a Rockies game. We felt safe, and right at home. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Just to clarify, this is a two bedroom three bath, with a loft upstairs that has two beds. We assumed it was a three or four bedroom. Still plenty of room to accommodate. You won’t regret staying here!

Lovely space, exactly as described. Lots of nice touches, the kind of things that take a good rental to a great rental: quality linens, lots of fluffy towels, full length mirror, mirror in the bedroom, ample supplies including trial sizes of things a guest may have forgotten, nice selection of coffees and teas, salt and pepper and a few other staples. Clearly the hosts have spent some time traveling themselves and know what they appreciate in a rental. Would 100% rent again.

Super clean and neat. Perfect location for peace and quiet, but also walkable to many social activities.

Never had a better experience with an airbnb than at Nando’s place. Every detail was considered for a convenient, comfortable stay just outside of downtown Denver (for a very reasonable price). We are greatly appreciative to Nando and his wife for hosting us!

Place looked how it was described. Wish there was description on area. Many homeless and construction. Hard to find parking at night time and if there was it was in a creepy ending area where homeless would sleep by. Was hard to open back door for garbage so had to drive around and I’m guessing one of the people who stayed in same complex of apartment was just starring while throwing trash. You also hear the dog upstairs which is fine but something to keep in mind. No tv in main bedroom just working area/ computer

We loved Plywood House! It had a great location and there were many things to do in the area. The welcome book gave great recommendations to good restaurants and bars in the area and beyond. The place was immaculate! We highly recommend!

I'd definitely stay here again, Kyle's place was amazing felt right at home. Quiet location in downtown but close enough to everything you'd want to do downtown. very comprehensive host and very fast to get back to you on anything.

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Max’s apartment was in the perfect RiNo location - surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. If you’re needing to go somewhere further, there were also tons of Ubers in the area so wait time was short. The apartment itself was clean, spacious for 2, and it was as pictured. Would recommend.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

We’re not used to being in a big city so it was a learning curve to figure out entry codes, key fobs, parking garage, etc, however, Lacey provided detailed instructions and the the friendly people living in her building were ready to lend a helping hand. Lacey was also very responsive to questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The building and parking ramp felt very safe and secure and it was very quiet/ no noisy neighbors. It was close to our son and not too far from downtown. I highly recommend her place!
