Holiday rentals with a patio in Cherry Creek, Denver

I loved this basement gem. Sandi was kind and communicative, helpful when approached, but also considerate in giving space and privacy in her shared home. The property is in a great location and we loved taking evening strolls among the beautiful shade trees and visiting each and every tiny library that we passed. The separate entrance off the private patio was lovely and you will find a talent for succulents dwells here. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and bathroom products. We prepared several meals in the kitchen and had every necessary amenity for a home cooked meal. You may find yourself googling properties for sale in the area wishing you could live in a home and neighborhood just like this one. But alas, a short-term stay will suffice. Hope to visit again.

Jax was a great host and the place was just as described. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with things very close by- like a grocery store. Great value for Denver and would definitely recommend. Downtown is only about a 20 min drive and tons of street parking available in front of the house.

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

We highly recommend Ann’s place! It’s in a convenient and central location within Denver and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful throughout our stay. The house itself is clean, spacious, and very comfortable—more than enough room for two people. Ann was incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive, checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. One small note: there in no laundry with this listing, which I hadn’t realized beforehand—but that was entirely my oversight. Overall this is a wonderful home and we truly enjoyed our stay! Very beautiful vintage home. The cottage is right at the center of all the scenic and fun places in Denver. The house itself was clean, peaceful and had plenty of amenities. I stayed at this place even though i lived in the denver area, but never right in downtown. it was really cool to be a tourist in my own city and have this “at home” experience.

We had a great stay at Jennifer's place! It was spotless and exactly as pictured. We booked based on reviews of other families visiting DU students, and location was perfect for quick and easy trips over to campus. Not a lot walkable, but easy street parking and overall the unit was fantastic. Plenty of room with the 2 BR and 2.5 BA. Had coffee each morning on the rooftop deck and enjoyed the two other wrap-around balconies. Our son just graduated, but if we were still visiting campus we would definitely stay again!

Nice and quiet place. Whole downstairs to ourselves. Host accommodation was as expected from a good host. If you are over 6’ watch your head going back upstairs :). Thank you

Just like home! Lauren’s home really was just fantastic to be in with my wife and 1 year old son. Lauren had so many amenities for a 1 year old it was just great to not bring a pack n play / high chair / and other miscellaneous items with us. Lauren is super responsive and handles everything in a timely manner. She is a fantastic host and we would love to book again with her! We highly recommend you do too!!

The house was absolutely stunning. The beds comfy and Tracy and Publio included so many nice little touches and instructions to make us feel comfortable and familiarize us with the space. If you think the pictures look amazing, the place is twice as nice in real life. This is by far the nicest Airbnb I have ever seen!! Thank you!!

Great place for our little family of three. The floors are squeaky and it did make me worry I was bothering the downstairs neighbor, but it’s an older home with quirks. Great yard for pups, very central location,. FYI The laundry places nearby require an app. Thank you again. Would stay again!

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

Caden’s Airbnb is exactly as shown in the pictures. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It’s easy to access and conveniently located near restaurants and points of interest. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it!

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.
